            水泥窯余熱發(fā)電工程








            工藝流程圖

                   在新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)過程中,在熟料煅燒過程中窯頭窯尾排放的廢氣中含有大量余熱,通過余熱鍋爐將水泥窯窯頭、窯尾排出大量的低品位廢氣余熱進行熱交換回收,產(chǎn)生過熱蒸汽推動汽輪機實現(xiàn)熱能向機械能的轉(zhuǎn)換,從而帶動發(fā)電機發(fā)出電能,所發(fā)電能供水泥生產(chǎn)過程中使用。
                   公司總包承建的晉城山水合聚水泥有限公司,日產(chǎn)5000噸水泥熟料生產(chǎn)線余熱發(fā)電工程裝機9MW,每天可利用余熱發(fā)電21-24萬度,可解決約60%的熟料生產(chǎn)自用電,產(chǎn)品綜合能耗可下降約18%,每年節(jié)約標準煤約2.5萬噸,減排二氧化碳約6萬噸。
