                   干熄焦技術(shù)是利用冷的惰性氣體(燃燒后的廢氣),在干熄爐中與赤熱紅焦換熱從而冷卻紅焦;
                   吸收了紅焦熱量的惰性氣體將熱量傳給干熄焦鍋爐產(chǎn)生蒸汽;
                   被冷卻的惰性氣體再由循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)鼓入干熄爐冷卻紅焦;
                   干熄焦鍋爐產(chǎn)生的蒸汽推動(dòng)汽輪機(jī)做功發(fā)電。
             

             
                   二者在逆向運(yùn)動(dòng)中,焦炭逐漸被冷卻到250℃以下,然后由爐底的卸料裝置排出;同時(shí),惰性氣體(或廢煙氣)被加熱到800℃左右,從干熄爐斜道口經(jīng)過(guò)一次除塵器后進(jìn)入干熄焦鍋爐;在鍋爐中,水被熱氣流加熱產(chǎn)生蒸汽,同時(shí)氣體被冷卻到200℃左右,再經(jīng)二次除塵由循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)重新送入干熄爐內(nèi)循環(huán)使用。
